All aluminium profiles for our solar brackets are 6005-T5 structural alloy. Upon arrival, our QC team verifies material certificates, checks chemical composition and tensile strength, and performs visual inspection for surface cracks, scratches and deformation. For SUS304 stainless steel fasteners, we carry out salt spray testing to validate anti-corrosion capability, which is critical for projects in coastal, humid and freeze-thaw regions.
During production, CNC cutting, punching and bending processes are tracked by batch number. Random sampling is arranged to check dimensional tolerance and assembly clearance, to avoid fitting errors on site. After anodizing or powder coating, surface layer thickness and adhesion tests are conducted to confirm long-term weather resistance under UV, rain and temperature cycling.
Before packing and shipment, finished solar mounting assemblies undergo static load simulation and component matching verification. Our QC department cross-checks the bill of materials, assembly drawings and packing list, to ensure each container shipment matches the technical specification approved by the customer. Test reports, material certificates and inspection records are archived and available for project review and third-party audit.
