Hubei Ningli Distributed Photovoltaic Project

Hubei Ningli Distributed Photovoltaic Project is a grid-tied rooftop distributed PV system built on the factory roof of Hubei Ningli Industrial Plant. The project adopts the self-consumption priority model, with surplus electricity fed into the grid, helping the factory reduce electricity costs and achieve low-carbon manufacturing.

Wuxi Chenglida Machinery Co., Ltd. delivered the full set of rooftop solar mounting structures for this project. The bracket system is made of AL6005-T5 anodized aluminium alloy and SUS304 stainless steel fasteners. The structural design considers Hubei's typical climate features: high humidity, heavy summer rain, high temperature and winter frost, with optimized load capacity to meet local building codes.
