Jiangsu Lianshui Project

The 2017 Jiangsu Lianshui Project is an early ground-mounted photovoltaic power station built on flat farmland in Lianshui, Huai'an, Jiangsu, commissioned in 2017. It is a typical plain ground PV project in northern Jiangsu, featuring open terrain, strong seasonal wind, high humidity and heavy summer rainfall.

Wuxi Chenglida Machinery Co., Ltd. delivered the complete ground solar mounting system for this project. The support adopts hot-dip galvanized steel posts and AL6005-T5 aluminium alloy purlins, paired with SUS304 stainless steel fasteners. The design fully considered the wind load standard of northern Jiangsu plain area, with stable pile foundation connection to adapt to soft farmland soil.

The mounting structure uses an adjustable tilt design to maximize solar irradiation capture. Sufficient bottom clearance is reserved to keep the land usable for simple crop growth. All components were processed with strict anti-corrosion treatment to cope with humid soil and moisture evaporation in farmland areas. Before shipment, every batch passed dimensional inspection, salt spray test and static load verification.
