The 2018 Hongfeng Phase II Flat Roof Solar Photovoltaic Mounting System Project is an early industrial distributed rooftop solar project completed in 2018. The project was deployed on the concrete flat roof of Hongfeng's factory building, adopting non-penetrating ballasted solar mounting structure to avoid drilling damage to the original roof waterproof layer.

Wuxi Chenglida Machinery Co., Ltd. provided the full set of flat roof solar mounting solutions for this project. The triangular ballasted brackets are made of AL6005-T5 anodized aluminium alloy with SUS304 stainless steel fasteners. The design took local wind load and snow load parameters into full consideration, ensuring the overall structural stability under long-term outdoor exposure.

Modular pre-assembled components greatly reduced on-site installation time. Each group of supports was equipped with anti-slip and pressure-dispersing base pads to protect the roof membrane. Strict quality inspection, including dimension check and load simulation test, was carried out before delivery.

Having operated safely since 2018, this project proves the long-term reliability of our ballasted flat roof solar racking.
